Many of us struggle to understand and manage our emotions, leading to feelings of overwhelm, which can harm our relationships, result in destructive behaviours, or lead to feelings of isolation.


When left unaddressed or unmanaged, emotional overwhelm can lead to chronic stress, anxiety and a feeling of being stuck. This emotional turmoil can significantly impact our daily lives and get in the way of personal growth and creating a happy and fulfilling life. 


I use a blend of therapeutic methods to develop a customized path to healing tailored to each client's unique needs. I love integrating Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) into my sessions, which provides a compassionate and structured approach to comprehending and managing emotions. By delving into the underlying emotions and experiences that influence one's emotional state, EFT promotes enhanced self-awareness and self-acceptance.


Through this therapeutic process, clients can recognize, comprehend, and constructively express their emotions.
